Mr. Kofi Adinkrah Jnr’s field of academic expertise is Labour Law, Alternative Dispute Management and Law in development. Before joining UPSA, he lectured at the Department of Business Administration, Catholic Institute of Business and Technology (CIBT), where he taught Business, Company & Labour Law. He also taught Constitutional Law, as well as the Law of Contract at the Faculty of Law, Wisconsin International University College (WIUC).

He is a qualified Barrister-at-law and Solicitor. As such, he engages in Transactional lawyering, General Legal Drafting, Legal Advisory and Counselling Services, Representation before courts, judicial and quasi-judicial bodies amongst others. Mr. Adinkrah Jnr has previously researched and consulted on a broad variety of issues, including Laws and Practices in Ghana concerning Migrant Work for the International Labour Office (ILO), Affirmative Action for Persons with Disability in Ghana, for the Ghana Federation of the Disabled (GFD), Reviewing and analysing the Persons with Disability Act, 2006 (Act 715), for the Ghana Federation of the Disabled (GFD), Aligning the Mental Health Bill, 2012 to conform to Ghana's 1992 Constitution and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disability, Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) Issues In Ghana, and The Review of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana, providing content for the drafting of The Final Report of the Constitution Review Commission. He holds an LLM in ADR and is a certified arbitrator. Over the years he has taught many subjects including employment law.
