The Department of Communication Studies at University of Professional Studies, Accra in collaboration with the Department of Communication Science at University of South Africa will host a three-day international symposium on the theme:
“Technology and Development Paradoxes: Rethinking Communication, Innovation, Participation, Power and Inclusion for Sustainable Development from the Global South.”
The symposium will bring together academics, researchers, communication professionals, policymakers, and doctoral students to critically examine the complex intersections between technology, communication, innovation, participation, power, and inclusion within the context of sustainable development in the Global South.
The event will provide a platform for scholarly dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaborative engagement on emerging issues shaping communication and development in contemporary societies.
