INSTRUCTION TO INTERESTED BIDDERS:
- Inspection and sale of items from 31st August to 3rd September 2026 from 9am to 3pm each day.
- Location shall be as stated above.
- Items are to be sold on an “as is/where is” basis.
- Mode of payment shall be “CASH” and “IMMEDIATE” at Access Blank, UPSA after bid opening.
- Interested staff/bidders are to contact the Procurement Directorate/ Stores for inspection and sale.
