All Undergraduate Level 100 and Diploma First Year Students are to take note of the following important information for the End of First Semester Examinations-2025/2026 Academic Year:
- The end-of-first-semester examinations will be held from Monday, 4th May to Sunday, 24th May, 2026.
2. Consequently, all students must visit the University website for the provisional examination timetable published on Monday, 13th April, 2026.
3. All examinations will be held in person (face-to-face). Please note that weekend and evening session students will sit their examinations together, while regular session students will have separate sittings.
4. Furthermore, the Undergraduate Regular Session students sitting for five core papers have been divided into two batches. Batch 1 will consist of students with Odd ID Numbers (e.g. 10271483), while Batch 2 will include students with Even ID Numbers (e.g. 10319566 ). Both batches will sit for the same papers, but at separate times. No criss-crossing will be allowed. Refer to the examination timetable for details.
5. All students are required to be seated 30 minutes before the start of each paper. No lateness to the examination hall will be tolerated.
6. The University policy of “No Student ID Card, No Examination” will be strictly enforced. Accordingly, all first-year students should visit their respective departments starting Thursday, 16th April, 2026, to collect their Student ID card after completing their medical examination at the UPSA Clinic.
7. All students are entreated to comply with all rules and regulations governing the University examinations, which have been circulated on the University website as well as on all students’ social media group platforms.
