NOTICE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR END OF SECOND SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS-2023/2024 ACADEMIC YEAR FOR FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS
All Undergraduate Level 100 and Diploma First Year Students are to take note of the following important information for the End of Second Semester Examination-2023/2024 Academic Year:
• The end-of-second semester examinations will be held from Monday, 19th August to Sunday, 8th September, 2024. Consequently, all students must visit the University’s website for the examination timetable.
• All examinations will be held in person (face-to-face). Please note that Weekend and Evening Sessions students will sit their examinations together while the Regular Session students will have separate sittings.
• All students are required to be seated 30 minutes before the start of each paper. No lateness to the examination hall will be entertained.
• The second-semester course registration with penalty deadline has been extended to Tuesday, 13th August, 2024, after which the registration portal will be closed. No course registration will be entertained after this deadline. Students are advised to address all outstanding course registration issues before the deadline elapses.
• The University policy of “No Students ID Card, No Examination” will be strictly enforced. Accordingly, any student who does not have a student’s ID card should immediately visit the Data Centre (AB.9) to acquire one.
• All students must comply with all rules and regulations governing the University examinations which will be circulated on the University website and all students’ social media group platforms.
