The UPSA’s ultra-modern auditorium on Monday 8 September hosted the launching of the manifesto for Ghana’s largest opposition party the National Democratic Congress.
The 3,550 seater edifice which is arguably the best of its kind in the country, is one of the major infrastructural projects undertaken under current Vice Chancellor Prof, Abednego Feehi Amartey ever-growing list of successes also include, a multipurpose sports facility on the UPSA campus which was commissioned by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo last week.
The UPSA auditorium is fast becoming a venue of choice for some of Ghana’s high profile events since its commissioning in May 2019. For example, has hosted prestigious events such as the Special Sunday service with Archbishop Duncan Williams, the NDC’s unveiling of its running mate Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang as well as the JoyNews and IMANI Ghana organized debate for minor political parties and independent presidential candidates.
