UPSA Global Alumni Association facilitates payment of insurance claims for two members

The UPSA Global Alumni Association has facilitated the payment of life insurance  claims for two of its members who recently lost their loved ones, leaving them with emotional and financial burdens.

As registered members of the Alumni Life Assurance Policy with Enterprise Life, the couple have each been presented with a cheque of GHS10,000 by Francis Dadzie, the President of the UPSA Global Alumni Association.

Mr. Dadzie expressed empathy and condolences on behalf of the Alumni, stating that the Association was committed to supporting its members in difficult times.

He also stressed the importance of having a life insurance policy in place to provide financial security in the event of unexpected occurrences, and encouraged other members of the alumni association to consider taking out similar policies.

He cited Twumasi’s situation as a cautionary tale of the need to be prepared for life’s unexpected challenges.

“What we have witnessed here today is to inform us all about the benefits of having a life insurance policy to cater for unforeseen circumstances,” Mr Dadzie said.

“I am therefore calling on all members of the alumni association who have not yet signed up for the policy to do so now to avoid encountering dire situations in the future.”

He further noted that the benefits of being a member of the association extended beyond networking opportunities and encouraged all members to take advantage of the resources available to them.

The couple expressed their gratitude to Enterprise Life Assurance and the UPSA Global Alumni Association for their support in their time of need.

They acknowledged that the financial assistance provided by the claim payment would help alleviate some of the financial stress associated with their loss, allowing them to focus on grieving and healing.
