NOTICE
TEMPORARY RELOCATION OF LECTURE VENUES FOR UNDERGRADUATE LEVELS 200-400 AND DIPLOMA SECOND-YEAR STUDENTS
This is to inform all students that per the University’s academic calendar, the following activities will be held concurrently:
1. Lecture periods (8th and 9th week) for the Second Semester-2023/2024 academic year for Undergraduate Levels 200-400 and Diploma First Year students.
2. End of First Semester 2023/2024 Academic Year examinations for Undergraduate Level 100 and Diploma First Year students.
As a result, lecture venues for Undergraduate Levels 200-400 and Diploma Second Year students will be moved from the top three floors of the Lecture Block Complex (LBC) to the first, second, and third floors from Monday, 22nd April to Sunday, 12th May, 2024.
The schedule for the relocated venues will be made available on the University’s website and students’ group social media platforms.
Lecture venues will be restored to the normal arrangement immediately after the examination period.
All affected students are therefore advised to take note and comply accordingly.
