NOTICE
RE-OPENING FOR SECOND SEMESTER-2023/2024 ACADEMIC YEAR
UNDERGRADUATE (LEVEL 100) AND DIPLOMA FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS
This comes to inform all undergraduate (Level 100) and diploma first-year students that the University will re-open for the second semester – 2023/2024 academic year for their cohort as follows:
1. Registration
Course registration for the second semester-2023/2024 academic year will start on Monday, 20th May, 2024 and end on Sunday, 23rd June, 2024.
All students must follow the steps below to do their course registration while the University works towards deploying a new student fee payment platform in due course.
• Step 1: Payment of Fees
Pay the appropriate or required fee into the following bank account.
Bank Name: Access Bank Ghana Plc
Account Name: University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA)
Account Number: 1024000008995
Branch Name: IPS
Ensure you correctly quote your student ID number and name on the pay-in slip.
• Step 2: Course Registration:
Access the online course registration portal by logging into Student Portal after 48 hours of payment at the bank to generate two copies of your proof of registration slip.
• Step 3: Submission of Proof of Registration:
Submit your proof of registration slips to your Department Officer for endorsement after which one (1) copy of the slip will be returned to you.
2. Teaching
Teaching activities for the second semester-2023/2024 academic year will begin on Monday, 27th May, 2024 and end on Sunday, 18th August, 2024.

All undergraduate (Level 100) and diploma first-year students are to note the dates specified for the various activities and comply accordingly.
