NOTICE
REMINDER: SECOND SEMESTER 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR COURSE REGISTRATION
This comes to remind all undergraduate and diploma students of the University that course registration for academic work is a mandatory requirement that has to be fulfilled by all students within first five weeks of every semester.
Section 2.38.1(f) of the Undergraduate Students’ Handbook, 2018 provides that: “A student who fails to register for a course shall be disqualified from taking that course”
Section 4.2, of the Undergraduate Handbook further stipulates inter alia that: “Students whose names do not appear on the final registration list after the fifth (5th) week of the semester shall not be allowed to write the end-of semester examinations for that particular course.”
Consequently, all continuing students who have not yet registered for the Second Semester- 2021/2022 academic year are strongly advised to take the necessary steps to register their courses before Tuesday, 24th May, 2022.
Please note that course registration from now onwards will attract a penalty of GH₵50 subject to increment up to GH₵400.
Students who fail to do their course registration before the start of the End of Second Semester Examinations will be prevented from writing their examinations.
