REMINDER NOTICE
REGISTRATION FOR THE THIRD AND FOURTH SESSIONS OF THE 17TH CONGREGATION CEREMONY
All graduating students of the Faculty of Management Studies and School of Graduate Studies who wish to be presented or acknowledged at the Third and Fourth Sessions of the 17th Congregation Ceremony are reminded to follow the procedure below to register:
• A non-refundable fee of GH¢500.00 must be paid at any branch of Access Bank Ltd. The payment is then disbursed via the UFIS student’s payment portal as a graduation fee.
• Graduands should log onto their USIS student portal and click the “Register for Graduation” tab to register for the graduation ceremony.
The registration closes at 5.00 pm on Tuesday, 30th September, and Thursday, 2nd October 2025, for the Third and Fourth Sessions, respectively.
Graduands who fail to register will not be presented at the two ceremonies.
