Dr. Stanislaus Yaw Adiaba is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, UPSA. He is a Land Economist and Real Estate and Valuation Surveyor by training and holds a Doctorate degree in Land Information Management from the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom. Dr. Adiaba also holds Master of Arts degree in Environmental Management and Policy from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Cape Coast, and Bachelor of Science degree in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.

Dr Adiaba has 20 years’ work experience in land administration and the real estate sector by working at the Lands Commission and rising to the rank of Principal Land Administration Officer and Head of Delivery and Compliance Unit at the Head Office. Dr Adiaba is a Professional Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors with over 14 years of experience and in good standing as a member of the Valuation and Estate Surveying Division. Dr Adiaba has a demonstrable passion for educational engagements over the past 20 years.

Dr Adiaba has a passion for efficient real estate markets, land administration and land management systems. He also has a passion for land policy review and development, competition and private sector involvement in the real estate market, training of stakeholders and research in the real estate and land sectors for academic and national development. He teaches courses such as Introduction to Urban Planning and Administration, Introduction to Real Estate, Principles of valuation, Property Management, and Entrepreneurship Development, among others.
