Robert Owusu Boakye is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Finance at the University of Ghana Business School and a lecturer at the Department of Banking and Finance of the University of Professional Studies, Accra, Ghana. He specializes in Financial and Industrial Mathematics, and Mathematics Education. His research interest focuses on Multivariate Time Series Analysis, Financial and Insurance Mathematics and Econometrics.
He teaches Mathematical and Statistical courses at the University. He’s highly motivated to assist his students to achieve the highest potentials in both academically and professionally. He has over 12 years teaching experience at both pre-tertiary and tertiary levels with a considerable number of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
On his contribution to the society, he is an examiner in Elective (Additional) Mathematics for West Africa Examination Council (WAEC), Ghana and a member of the Mathematical Association of Ghana (MAG).
