Richard Amankwa Fosu is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Accounting and Finance. He holds a PhD in Accounting, an MPhil in Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting Option from the University of Ghana, Legon.

His teaching and research interests include Financial Reporting, Accounting Education and Activities of Professional Accountancy Organisations.

He has publications in international and reputable journals. Richard is currently the Research Officer of the Department of Accounting, a position he has occupied since July 2019.

He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).
