Mrs. Rejoice Esi Asante is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA. She holds an MPhil degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana in addition to a Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM-UK). She is currently a PhD Candidate in Business Administration, at the Open University of Malaysia (OUM), at the Accra Technical Institute (AIT).

Prior to joining UPSA, Mrs. Asante had extensive experience in communication, having worked as a journalist in the traditional media in various capacities for close to 15 years. She served as communication, information and Press officer for the EU Delegation to Ghana in the capacities of public relation, media relations, events management and advising on multi-lateral and bilateral communication issues.

Mrs. Asante is a licensed Psychologist, providing services in social and consumer psychology, where her research interests are. Among the courses taught over the years are Marketing in Media Context, Introduction to Psychology, Entrepreneurship Development, Marketing for Small and Medium Enterprises, Business Ethics, Performance Management, Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.
