Mr. Prince Yeboah Boateng is a Chartered Accountant and an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Accounting and Finance, University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) with teaching and research experience in Accounting and Finance. Prior to his engagement at the University, Mr. Boateng has worked in the Financial Services Industry with Letshego Savings and Loans (Ghana) PLC for over seven (7) years as Branch Manager and Risk Assurance Manager. Again, Mr. Boateng has worked as Part-Time Tutor with the University of Ghana, School of Continuing and Distance Education, Koforidua Learning Centre for over two (2) years and taught subjects like Public Finance, International Finance and Banking, Monetary Theory and Financial Markets.

Mr. Boateng holds MPhil and MBA in Finance from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. He has one (1) research paper publication on Capital Structure and Bank Performance: Empirical Evidence from Ghana - April, 2019 in a ranked journal. His research areas or interests include Capital Structure, Financial Performance, Corporate Governance, Earnings Management, Public Sector Accounting and Finance, Working Capital Management and Corporate Risk Management.

Mr. Boateng is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).
