Mr Neequaye R. Kotey is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA. He holds an MBA (thesis option) in Management Studies from The University of Hull in the UK. He is currently a PhD Candidate in Public Administration with the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS). His previous work experience includes working as a Business Development Manager with the Liberty Centre at Dagenham in the UK as well as working as a management consultant for some firms. Prior to moving to the UK, Mr Kotey worked as a compliance officer with Social Security and National Insurance Trust (1997 to 2000).

Mr Kotey teaches courses such as Operations Management, Risk and Insurance Management, Total Quality Management and Productions and Operations Management.
