Naa Amerley Quaye is a lecturer with the UPSA Law School, teaching Company and Partnership Law, and Legal Environment of Business at the University’s Business School. Before joining University of Professional Studies Faculty of Law, Naa Amerley Quaye was the Programs Coordinator at the African Center of International Criminal Justice. She also served as special assistant to the head of the arbitration department of Awoonor Consultancy.

Ms. Quaye holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Ghana. After obtaining her LLB from Mountcrest University College in 2015, she went on to pursue an LLM in International Commercial Arbitration from the University of London. She has also participated in several International Criminal law and ADR workshops and training programs.

Her areas of research interest are International Trade and Investment and ADR with emphasis on International Commercial Arbitration.
