Mr. Michael Osei is an Assistant lecturer at the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA) Marketing Department. He holds an MBA in Total Quality Management (TQM) from the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA) and a Bachelor of Education (Science) Degree from the University of Education Winneba.
Michael is a Quality Infrastructure Practitioner, an ISO 9001 trainer, and a Quality Systems Auditor. Michael Osei teaches Principles of Leadership and Introduction to Total Quality Management.
During the lockdown as a result of COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, Michael was part of the selected teachers to deliver lessons on Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, Ghana Learning Television Channel, and Ghana Learning Radio with over ten (10) affiliate radio stations countrywide. He is also a member of the National Integrated Science Book Assessment Committee of National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) Ministry of Education) and engaged in Gnat / Canadian Teachers Federation (CTF) Project Overseas as a facilitator; training teachers at the Senior High School level in pedagogies and addressing areas teachers find it difficult to teach.
