Michael Kwame-Adjei is a lecturer at the marketing department at University of Professional Studies (UPSA). He is MBA and MPHIL graduate from the University of Leicester, UK and the University of Ghana Business School (U.G.B.S), Legon respectively. He also holds Postgraduate Diploma Certificate in Marketing awarded by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM UK).
Before joining academia, Michael had a short spell at PEPSI Ghana Ltd, where he began his professional career as officer trainee. He also had extensive experience working with Mail Finance Savings and Loan as Marketing Manager where he developed a marketing plan which improved savings mobilization, client’s relationship and increased customer base by more than 50%. In addition to teaching, he also consults for private and public organisations in Ghana.
His research interests are in service marketing, relationship marketing, marketing innovations and sustainability marketing.
