Soku is a professionally trained teacher with over 19 years of teaching experience. A qualified Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). A member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Ghana (IIA). A Chartered Tax Practitioner and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG). Soku possess a good experience in accountancy practice and research.

Soku obtained his graduate and undergraduate degrees in Business Administration from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon, and also Bachelor in Law degree (LLB) at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Faculty of Law
