Mercy De Souza is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA.
She holds an MPhil degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Ghana. She also holds an MA degree in International Business and Consulting (IHRM) from the Berlin School of Economics and Law, Germany, and a first-class Bachelor of Psychology degree from the University of Namibia.
She is currently a Ph.D. Psychology candidate at the University of Ghana.
Prior to joining academia in the year 2016, she worked in various Administrative and Management capacities in Ghana, Burkina Faso, Namibia, and Germany. Her research interests include Organizational Development and Performance, Ethical Leadership, and Decision-Making. Her main lecturing areas are Organizational Behaviour and Management, Applied Psychology, International Human Resource Management, and Business Ethics. Mrs. De Souza has published some papers in reputable journals.
