Ms. Kwainoe teaches the Legal Aspects of Business and other Law courses at the Undergraduate and Post Graduate levels. She has expertise in International law, International Human Rights law, Criminal law, Constitutional and Administrative Law. Her research interests lie in these areas of law. Prior to joining the UPSA Law School as a Lecturer, Ms. Kwainoe has garnered experience as a Business Manager, Lecturer, a State Attorney [Prosecution Division] and a judge of the District Magistrate Court. In that capacity, she served in several District Courts in Accra with various additional responsibilities.

Ms Kwainoe was called to the Ghana Bar in 2009. She received the Justice Thurgood Civil Liberties Academic Award for outstanding performance and dedication in the field of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties from the George Washington University of School of Law, USA.
