Mr. Marco Mensah is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management, UPSA. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. He also has a Masters Research Degree in Management from the University of Macquarie, Australia.

Prior to his appointment at UPSA, Mr. Marco Mensah worked with the Electoral Commission of Ghana for ten years after his first Degree at the University of Ghana. He worked at the National Identification Authority as Head of Administration and then as Head of Operations of the Authority. Mr. Marco Mensah also worked briefly with Access Bank before joining the University. Mr. Marco Mensah is currently a PhD candidate at the Transcontinental Institute of Higher Education, Malta. At UPSA, he teaches courses such as Principles of Leadership, Entrepreneurship Development, Human Resource Management, and Business Ethics, among others.
