Dr. Mrs. Juliana Akushika Andoh is a lecturer at the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA, and is currently the research officer for the department. She holds a PhD and MPhil in Business Administration with a Marketing Option, both from the University of Ghana Business School.

Dr. Akushika Andoh has over thirteen (13) years of experience across industries, including real estate, mall management, hospitality, FCMG, and financial services, and maintains an active practice through Marketing Consultancy.

With over ten (10) years of teaching experience, she teaches several courses, including Brand Management, Principles of Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Relationship Marketing, Marketing Management, Marketing of Financial Services, and Strategic Marketing Planning at the Undergraduate, MPhil, and Masters’ levels. She also supervises a number of research projects and has developed modules for distance education programs.

Her research interests include brand management, marketing management, customer relationship management, relationship management, strategic management, services marketing, and online/digital marketing.
