
Dr. Mrs. Juliana A. Andoh
Dr. Mrs. Juliana Akushika Andoh is a senior lecturer at the Department of Marketing and currently the Faculty Research Officer for the Faculty of Management Studies of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). She holds a PhD and MPhil in Business Administration Marketing option, both from the University of Ghana Business School, Accra Ghana. With both research thesis focusing on Export Development and Export Performance in the Non-Traditional Export Sector in Ghana; Role of Marketing and Branding. She is a Chartered Marketer, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom. With over sixteen (16) years of lecturing experience, she continues to train and lecture students in Strategic Brands Management, Principles and Innovative Marketing, International Marketing Management, Integrated Marketing Communication, Customer Relationship Management, Relationship Marketing, Marketing of Financial Services and Strategic Marketing Planning at the Doctoral (PhD), Masters’ and Undergraduate levels.
In the same vein, she also serves as a Research Supervisor and develops modules for educational programs. That notwithstanding, Brands Management, International Business, Market Research, Export Marketing, Marketing Management, Customer Relationship Management, Relationship Management, Strategic Management, Sales Management, Services Marketing and Online/Digital Marketing remain areas of great interest. Dr. Andoh has published in reputable journals and has several featured articles as well.
Dr. Akushika Andoh is also a Seasoned Marketing Expert who has maintained active practice over the last seventeen (17) years as a Principal Marketing Consultant. Industries engaged in include Real Estate, Export Industry, Mall and Facility Management, Hospitality, Advertising, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and financial service sectors.
She is married with four children, three girls and a boy
Sequel to this and many other exploits, she has interest in Export Market Development, International Business, Strategic Brands Management, Entrepreneurship, Women Empowerment and Youth Development. She is the co-founder of Build It Sisters Ltd. She is also an Alumina of the International Visitors Leadership Programme (IVLP) United States of America.
