Dr. Joshua Ofori Essiam holds a PhD in Adult Education and Human Resource Studies from the University of Ghana in addition to a Commonwealth Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Dr. Essiam has diverse educational background and experiences in research, teaching, monitoring and evaluation at the higher educational level. He is adept at fostering strong working relationships in his pursuits. Some of the courses he teaches include Human Resource Management, Operations Management, and Risk and Insurance Management. Dr. Joshua Ofori Essiam is a multidisciplinary researcher with interest in human resource engagements, student engagements, higher education management, policy formulation, and sustainable development indicators.
