Dr Joseph Gerald Tetteh Nyanyofio is a lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA. He is an academic cum professional with the required behavioural, management, and personal commitment needed to ensure that all students succeed and fulfil their academic potentials.

He holds a PhD in Public Administration and Policy Management from the University of Ghana. Dr. Nyanyofio has served as a member of the Academic Board of the University of Professional Studies, Accra, as a representative of Convocation.

He was appointed as Secretary to the Sponsorship and Publicity Committee that laid the groundwork for the International Conference on Business Management and Entrepreneurial Development (ICBMED), a flagship international conference, held annually by the University.

He has held several positions in the University including serving as Organizing Secretary and Secretary successively in the UPSA branch of the University Teachers Association of Ghana (UTAG).

From 2016 to 2020, Dr. Nyanyofio served as Coordinator for Management Programmes: MPhil/MSc Leadership, MBA Total Quality Management, MBA Corporate Governance, and MBA Marketing. He was responsible for driving the design, review and delivery of academic programmes to ensure consistency with the overall programme philosophy, objectives and outcomes in order to develop quality graduates and also market the programmes.

As Coordinator for MBA Total Quality Management, Dr. Nyanyofio was instrumental in securing accreditation for UPSA as an Institutional Partner with the prestigious Chartered Quality Institute-UK, and also contributed immensely towards the hosting of the first ever World Quality Day Celebration in 2018.

He has served on various academic committees which developed several programmes including BSc. Real Estate Management and Finance, Global MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and MA in Educational Leadership and Management, among others.

The range of courses taught by Dr Joseph Gerald Tetteh Nyanyofio includes Public Administration, Poverty, Wealth & Development, Management, Organizational Behaviour & Management, and Principles of Leadership. His aspiration is to become a Professor, Consultant, and an International Public Servant in Public Policy Management, utilizing expert knowledge and relevant experience so as to contribute meaningfully towards the realization of a significant public sector-academia integration.
