Mr. Baffour Aduamoah is a lecturer with the UPSA Law School. He is also a mining consultant, with over twenty-five years of experience in the mining industry, providing legal advisory services to the mining, oil & gas and construction companies in Ghana. His areas of expertise include EPCM contract management, legal due diligence for mining and petroleum operations in the Ghanaian jurisdiction as well as the preparation of Local Content/Local Participation plan for oil and gas firms operating or preparing to commence operations in Ghana. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Ghana Law School, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Ghana and a Diploma in Mining Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa, Ghana. Mr. Baffour Aduamoah is a member of the Ghana Bar Association. He has research interests in Law of Immovable Property, Natural Resources Law, and Law of Equity and Succession.
