Jibreel Ustarz Abubakar is an Assistant Lecturer with the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA. Mr. Jibreel Ustarz Abubakar holds an MPhil degree in Migration studies with the Centre for Migration Studies, University of Ghana Legon, and an MA in Human Resource Development from the University of Cape Coast. Mr. Jibreel Ustarz Abubakar is currently a PhD candidate in Adult Education and Human Resource Development with the Institute of Adult Education and Human Resource Development, University of Ghana Legon. Mr. Jibreel Ustarz Abubakar joined the University of Professional Studies, Accra in 2016.
Prior to joining the University, Mr. Abubakar worked with Action Aid Ghana, an International NGO from 1999-2003 as a Program officer in-charge of Education and Peace. At UPSA, he has taught various courses at both the Degree and Diploma Levels, including Global Dimensions of Business, Management of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Introduction to Business Management.
