
Dr.. Jeremiah Osei-Kwakye is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Information Technology Studies at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). His areas of expertise include Computational Intelligence, Optimization Using Metaheuristics—particularly the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm—and Machine Learning. His research focuses on developing innovative hybrid optimization techniques and machine learning models to solve complex computational problems.
Dr. Osei-Kwakye has contributed extensively to the field of computational intelligence and machine learning through several high-impact publications in reputable international journals, including Applied Intelligence (Springer), Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence (Elsevier), Connection Science, and Discover Computing.
