James Kwabena Ang-Nayaa is Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana, a Chartered Certified Accountant and an ADR Expert. Prior to his current position, Mr. Ang-Nayaa was the Managing Partner of A-Z Lawyers and Associates, a private law firm in Tema.

James had previously taught Company and Partnership Law at the University College of Management Studies as an Adjunct Lecturer. He had also taught Financial Reporting at the Ghana Institute of Directors in his capacity as an Adjunct Lecturer. He has several years of industry experience in both Law and Accounting.

James has held several managerial positions over the years, including Senior/Management Accountant –AngloGold Ashanti (2000 to 2006); Finance manager, Starwin Products Limited (2010 to 2012); Finance Manager, Romex Mining Ghana Limited (2012 to 2015); Finance Director, Central University (2016 to 2018).
