Akwetey Henry Matey is an Assistant Lecturer with the Department of Information Technology, Faculty of Information Technology and Communication Studies (FITCS), University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), Ghana. He is currently a PhD candidate with the Open University, Malaysia. He has MPhil in Information Technology from the Open University, Malaysia. His research interest includes Cyber Security, Electronic Payment Systems and Electronic Funds Transfer, Service Delivery and I.T Project Management. He currently teaches courses such as Computer Hardware Systems, Computer Networks, Information Systems, Management Information Systems and Information Technology. He is a member of Association of Computer Professionals (ACP), U.K. and Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA).
