Dr. (Mrs.) Helen Arkorful is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies, and currently the Dean of Evening School at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). She holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from SMC University (SMCU), Switzerland, an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Administration from Ghana Institute of Public Administration (GIMPA).
She is also an associate member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Professionally, Helen is a Chartered Secretary and an Administrator from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA, UK).

Prior to joining this University, she served as the Dean of International Affairs, Head of Department of Business Administration, and Coordinator for the Diploma in Business Studies all in the same university.
Dr. Mrs. Helen Arkorful has been teaching at the tertiary level for over a decade in the areas of entrepreneurship and public administration. She, in recent times has developed an interest in digital entrepreneurship which informed her doctoral studies with the SMC University.

At UPSA, she serves on a number of statutory and non-statutory committees and also a patron to a number of students’ associations. Outside the University campus, Dr. (Mrs.) Arkorful is a Patron and Missions Director of El-Shiloh Foundations International, a faith-based NGO involved in community services such as medical outreach, youth counseling and women empowerment through skills and vocational training. Dr. Helen Arkorful has presented papers at a number of conferences and published in reputable referred journals.
