Prof. Frederick Doe is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management, UPSA. Prof. Frederick Doe holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Open University of Malaysia. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Management Studies (M.Sc. Mgt.) from the University of Northampton, UK, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and French (Combined Honours) from University of Ghana, Certificate in Leadership from the Haggai Advanced Leadership Institute, Hawaii, USA and a Certificate in Hotel Management Practice from HOTTCATT, Ghana. Prof. Frederick Doe is the director the Otumfuo Centre for Traditional Leadership (OCTL)

Prior to joining the University of Professional Studies, Accra, in July, 2006, Prof. Doe worked as a management consultant with Impact Management Consultancy, Dansoman; Director of Marketing and Operations, Commercial Investment, Ghana and Chief Operating Officer of ProHealth Ghana Ltd among others.
He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Cross-Point Convalesce and Rehabilitation Centre, Accra, Ghana and the Executive Director of Humane Organisations, Africa (HORG-AFRICA).

Prof. Doe’s research interests are in General Management, Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Emotional Intelligence, Organisational Citizenship Behaviour, Supervisor Abuse, bullying, Corporate Social Responsibility, Leadership, Spiritual leadership, Workplace Spirituality, Internal marketing, Employee Voice, Employee Loyalty, Conflict Management, Motivation and HR. He teaches courses such as Entrepreneurship Development, Business Ethics, and Ethics in Management, among others. He is a Member, International Association of Workplace Bullying and Harassment (IAWBH); Member, Chartered Management Institute (UK); and National (GHANA) President and Member, Haggai Leadership Institute (USA and Indonesia)
