Prof. Fidelis Quansah is a Senior Lecturer with the Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA. She is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies.She holds a PhD in Business Administration from OUM-AiT, MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana, Legon and a BSc in Renewable Natural resources (Wood Science) from KNUST.
Before joining academia, Dr. Quansah had worked in industry for over 15 years as a Kiln’s and Sawmill Manageress and Business Manageress with various firms. She has been in academia from 2008 till date. During this time, she has served as a Coordinator of the MBA marketing program, the Head of Department of Marketing, the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies and is now serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Management.
Dr. Quansah is a Marketing Lecturer and teaches both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She is also responsible for the smooth running of the Business Incubator where lots of students are equipped with skills to enable them start up their own businesses. She has supervised a significant number of dissertations from the undergraduate level through to the PhD level since her engagement with the university. Dr. Quansah has over 15 publications to her credit in the area of international business and marketing.
