Ms. Esther is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA, for the past nine years and is currently pursuing a PhD in Adult Education and Human Resource Studies at the University of Ghana. She holds a Master of Philosophy in Business Administration (HR) and is an Associate Member of Human Resource Practitioners Ghana. Prior to joining the University of Professional Studies Accra, she was a Lecturer at the Methodist University College Ghana. Ms. Attiogbe has over 15 years of administrative experience in the public sector.

Ms. Attiogbe has been involved in a number of researches including strategic planning in public universities, work-life balance among working students and women parliamentarians, social media in education, compensation and employee performance. Her research interests include education technology and utilization of employee potential. She has supervised both graduate and undergraduate dissertation and is involved in a number of Extension Services. She uses a combination of lectures, assignments, discussions and short class presentation techniques to teach. Her teaching philosophy is underpinned by the concept of problem-based and gameful learning where learners and instructors collaborate and interact to make the learning environment interesting, engaging and personalized. Ms. Attiogbe has supervised more than 150 undergraduate and graduate dissertations since 2009.

She has taught courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels including Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Communication, Organizational Behaviour and Management, International Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Business Ethics, and Organizational Behaviour and Management.
