Dr. Ernest Mensah Abraham is a Senior Lecturer and Vice-Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).
Dr. Abraham holds a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, and a Master of Philosophy in Environmental Science. He was once the Departmental Research Officer, Business Administration, UPSA.

Dr. Abraham has a strong interest in both academic and action research. His research interest includes Water Resources Management, Climate Change, Environment and Society, Urbanization, Stakeholder Participation in Natural Resources Management, Livelihoods and Institutions, Entrepreneurship Development, and SMEs and Business Management. He has also consulted for a number of institutions in and outside the country.
He served as a resource person at the UPSA Centre for Public Accountability where he handled issues on Environmental and Social Accountability. He taught a wide range of courses. He has worked mainly in academic and research institutions.

Dr. Abraham has attended and presented papers at conferences both in Ghana and abroad. He has published in internationally reputed journals such as Development in practice journal, Environmental Quality journal, Social responsibility journal, and Waterlines journal. Dr. Abraham was a visiting Lecturer at the Lancaster University, Ghana. He teaches courses such as Environmental Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Advanced Entrepreneurship Development, Corporate Governance and Natural Resources Management, and Environmental Management and Auditing for the Oil and Gas Industry.
