Emmanuel is an academic and a professional in Information Systems. His research interest is in Public-sector Biometric Systems and Digital Innovations in the public and private sectors.

As an Information Systems specialist with over 25 years of experience, Emmanuel provides consultancy services in Information Systems: systems review/audit, development and implementation, strategies and policy development and implementation, disaster recovery and planning, enterprise systems implementations, business process re-engineering, and training & workshops.
