Mr. Emmanuel H. Dougan is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration in the Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA. He holds an MA Business Research from the University of Durham Business School, England, UK and an MBA from the University of Leicester Management Center, England, UK. He is currently pursuing a terminal degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Dougan is an Associate Fellow of Advance HE (formerly Higher Education Academy UK) and a Certified Business Coach. As a Researcher, Business Coach and Consultant, Mr. Dougan has consulted for International NGOs, Government of Ghana, Universities and SMEs. The consultancies are in the areas of research, facilitation, curriculum design and business development support. He was the moderator and rapporteur for Ghana Strategy Committee on EPA (Economic Partnership Agreement) between the European Union and Economic Community of West African States. His teaching and research area is Entrepreneurship Development; specialising in Social Enterprise, Business Turnaround, Business Start-up and Business Scale-up.
