
Mr. Elias Williams is a Lecturer in the Department of Communication Studies at the University of Professional Studies, Accra. He holds an MPhil in Linguistics from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from the University of Cape Coast, Cape Coast.
He has taught the French language for over two decades in both private and public institutions. The institutions include Alliance Française (Kumasi) and several schools within the Ghana Education Service (GES).
