Ms. Effie Kwaaba Okai-Anderson is currently an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA.
She holds an MSc degree in Corporate Governance from London South Bank University; and a Chartered Secretaryship professional qualification. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Executive Secretaryship from Central University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from University of London, UK.
Ms. Okai-Anderson’s area of interests are in Corporate Governance, Gender issues, Law and Company Secretarial Practice. At UPSA, she teaches courses such as Corporate Governance, Principles of Leadership, and Business Ethics.
