Dorcas Oye Haywood-Dadzie is an assistant lecturer at the Department of Accounting, University of Professional Studies, Accra, (UPSA), with two years of teaching experience and administrative as well. Dorcas worked as a graduate assistant with the school of Graduate Studies, UPSA. Ms. Dorcas was the first GRASAG president, UPSA and served on many committees.

Ms Dorcas holds an MBA in Accounting and finance, from UPSA, part 2 of ICAG and a final year student of Mphil finance, UPSA. Her research area is in accounting, taxation and finance.
