Tiniwah Deborah Mensah is currently a lecturer in the Marketing Department of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). She is a final year PhD student at the University of Ca 'Foscari, Venice, and she currently holds a Master of Research Degree from the University of Ca' Foscari Venice, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Total Quality Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from UPSA.

Her knowledge ranges from Marketing to Quality Management to Strategic Management. Tiniwah teaches Elements of Marketing, Total Quality Management, and Strategic Brands Management. Tiniwah's devotion is to have an impact on students and the research community.
