Academic Area(s): Mr. Daniel Okofo – Darteh Jnr is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, UPSA. He holds an MPhil degree in Leadership. Prior to joining the University, Mr. Okofo-Darteh worked in industry as Senior Administrative Manager, Strategic Marketing team leader and branch manager in various business organizations. He has also taught ICM-UK courses and has supervised several undergraduate project works.
His research interests are mainly in Smart manufacturing and operations, SME governance, higher education institution (HEI) governance, Entrepreneurship development and Leadership. He teaches Global Dimensions of Business, Entrepreneurship Development, Principles of Leadership and Public Administration. His experience immensely contributes to his choice of relevant contemporary content and student–based style of teaching.
