Academic Area(s): Daniel Addae Adjepong is a Lecturer and Course Leader on the University of Professional Studies MBA in Total Quality Management programme. Daniel is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (ASQ-CSSBB), Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ-CQE), a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Practitioner and Trainer, and an accomplished Project Manager with a proven record in delivering and coaching in the delivery of business improvement projects- drawing in over 18 years’ experiences from within the automotive, logistics, print production, telecommunications, petroleum, mining, and banking industries.
As a Business Improvement Engineer, he has delivered on very strategic capacity building and cost reduction Lean Six Sigma projects and has also led major process design and reengineering efforts. He is also a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and has delivered successfully on multi-million-dollar telecommunications projects in and outside of Ghana.
Daniel trains and consults for several blue-chip organisations in and outside of Ghana on Quality, Lean Six Sigma, Operational Strategy and Project Management. Daniel holds an MSc. in Engineering Business Management (summa cum laude) from Coventry University.
