Mr. Kongo commenced his teaching career as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Communication Studies and has been engaged in teaching Scholarly Writing, Logic and Critical Thinking and Business Communication. His research interests include Forensic Linguistics, English for Academic and Publishing Purposes, Genre Studies, Discourse Analysis and Syntax. With the strong background in research in English language, Mr. Kongo offers editing services particularly, to emerging scholars in the field and proofreading services to emerging scholars in other disciplines of study. He also organizes workshops for upcoming English Language researchers to gain the expertise required to enable them write as scholars for scholars and sometimes he serves as the resource person at such workshops.
