Dr. Andrews Ayiku is a lecturer with the Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA. He is currently the Coordinator for MBA Impact Entrepreneurship and Innovation and MA Digital and Strategic Marketing Management programmes. Andrews holds a PhD in Business from the Transcontinental University, a Doctor of Business Administration from SMC University, an MBA in Marketing from GIMPA Business School, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Leicester, and a BBA in Banking and Finance from the Methodist University Ghana. Andrews also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK).

Before joining academia, Dr Ayiku had worked at the United Bank for Africa, Innovative Microfinance Limited, Digicast Logistics, Midland Savings and Loans, and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning. Andrews is the West Africa Manager for the E4Impact Foundation, which is a spin-off of the Business School of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore Milan and has been the lead entrepreneurship trainer for the region.

Dr. Ayiku has over 16 years’ experience in business model design and innovation, business strategy, marketing, customer service and experience, and microfinance. He was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholarship Program for Advanced Scholars at the University of New Brunswick, Canada, to research entrepreneurship development and business strategy.
