Dr. Andrews Ayiku is a Senior Lecturer within the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). He holds the pivotal role of Coordinator for the MBA in Impact Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the MA in Digital and Strategic Marketing Management programmes, where he drives academic excellence and fosters innovative thinking.

Dr. Ayiku’s academic credentials are include a PhD in Business from Transcontinental University, a Doctor of Business Administration from SMC University, an MBA in Marketing from GIMPA Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Leicester, and a BBA in Banking and Finance from Methodist University Ghana. Additionally, he is a holder of a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, underscoring his expertise in strategic marketing.

Prior to his academic career, Dr. Ayiku amassed extensive professional experience in the financial public sector and logistics sectors, with notable positions at United Bank for Africa, E4Impact Foundation, Innovative Microfinance Limited, Digicast Logistics, Midland Savings and Loans, and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning. His robust industry background informs his academic and consultancy work, bridging theory and practice.

As the West Africa Coordinator for the E4Impact Foundation, a prestigious initiative stemming from the Business School of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Dr. Ayiku leads transformative entrepreneurship training across the region. His strategic vision and leadership have positioned him as a key influencer in fostering sustainable business ecosystems. With over 18 years of expertise in business model innovation, business strategy, marketing, and innovation, Dr. Ayiku is a recognized thought leader in his field. His contributions to entrepreneurship and business strategy were further distinguished through the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholarship for Advanced Scholars at the University of New Brunswick, Canada, where he conducted impactful research on entrepreneurship development.
