Amanda Quist Okronipa is an academic and a professional in Information Systems. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies at the University of South Africa in Information Systems. As an academic, her teaching areas include Information System Design and Development, Computer Hardware and Information Technology Management. She strongly believes that business and educational strategies need to keep pace with global trends and revolutionary new developments in Information Technology to ensure competitive success.

Her research interests focus on the development of better frameworks and design guidelines for the implementation of Trusted Digital Identity in Health Information Systems and information privacy issues on Information Systems adoption.
